The series teaches how to build a foundation for foot sweeps with a wide range of drills including solo footwork, grip fighting, kuzushi, and more. Once you’ve mastered the singular technique of Okuri-Ashi-Harai you’ll start to be able to combine other techniques in combination to take your game to the next level.
