Really enjoyed this one. Some great insights in how to maximise the value of what is such a backbone of every practice session. I've found it really helpful in cleaning up my technique, and also as an aid for coaching. Also stoked to put any money into Matt's pocket because he truly is the genuine article both as a guy and on the mat. If you're looking to support the proliferation of free content on the Beyond Grappling YouTube channel, as well as the nicest guy in judo, then you should add this to your cart, and your arsenal.
So good I'm kinda mad about it
So much time and energy wasted just going to class and busting out reps. I'm not even mad at myself. No one told me what the intention was and how to go about it properly. This should be required viewing for every newbie like me. An hour of viewing can make so many hours of future training so much more effective.
